Design the IFANOW app for B2B and B2C—end‑to‑end UI from scratch for Android and iOS. Deliver high‑fidelity screens, user flows, and interactive Figma prototypes focused on usability, clarity, and efficiency. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure smooth implementation.
Fragmented workflows and outdated interfaces slowed internal teams—low productivity, high training needs, and frequent errors. Cross‑platform inconsistencies (Android/iOS) added friction. Goal: Streamline operations, simplify complex tasks, and reduce mistakes with a clear, consistent, and intuitive design.
We kicked off the IFANOW app with deep research—stakeholder interviews, surveys, and workflow observation—to map user needs for mutual fund purchases and goal setting. Key issues: clunky navigation, cross‑platform inconsistency, and heavy data entry. A competitive review highlighted opportunities to differentiate.
From there, I led ideation with workshops, sketches, and low‑fi wires to validate fast. Solutions were tailored for Android and iOS to ensure a seamless, intuitive experience on both.
We designed end‑to‑end in Figma, collaborated in FigJam, and kept delivery on track with Trello. To give the product a distinct voice, I created custom illustrations from scratch and integrated them throughout. Motion was refined in Jitter to add polish without noise.
