I led end‑to‑end UI/UX for Clyzo’s AI‑enabled pharma sourcing ecosystem—covering e‑commerce flows, regulatory pack access, quotation generation, and delivery tracking. The remit spanned discovery to handoff: IA, design systems, responsive UI, and microinteractions across web. Goal: make complex pharma procurement feel simple, transparent, and fast.
Pharma teams struggled with scattered product data, opaque regulatory documents, and slow, manual quoting—creating costly delays and compliance risks. Users needed a single, trustworthy interface to search, evaluate, and order ingredients with confidence, minus the labyrinthine clicks and jargon overload.
I ran stakeholder interviews (procurement, QA/RA, and ops), mapped current workflows, and analyzed friction in search, COA access, and quotation steps. Insights drove a modular IA, faceted search with domain filters (CAS, chemistry, function), and a guided “procure-to-deliver” journey. Low‑fi prototypes validated task clarity; design sprints shaped the MVP.
Delivered a clean design system with pharma‑grade clarity: prominent search, COA/Regulatory Pack surfacing, one‑click quote, and status‑based order tracking. Progressive disclosure kept complexity in check; semantic labeling reduced cognitive load. Outcome: shorter paths to COA and quotes, higher repeat usage, and smoother compliance review—turning procurement into a predictable, trackable experience.
